From start to finish, you will work 1-on-1 with me, Andy Rhodenbaugh, the founder and owner of Clear Sight Design. I maintain clear communication with my clients, and I’ll be your only point of contact throughout your project.

If you prefer paying for time instead of value, I may not be the right designer for you. Once you experience my process and the result, you’ll never want to endure months-long projects again.

All Core Buildouts (see details above) will be launched in one week. Expect to invest 4 hours of your time across a few meetings (see details in the next question).

Using the StoryBrand Framework to craft your brand messaging means I’m not making things up on the fly. I’m using a predictable roadmap that’s simple to follow.

My 10+ years of Squarespace design experience and use of my curated templates mean we move fast without compromising on quality.

Depending on the scope of the project, Pro Buildouts (see details above) may take 2-3 weeks to launch and will require about 6-8 hours of your time across multiple meetings.

Once you decide to move forward, we will schedule all our meeting times in our calendars.

Every project starts with Foundation, where we lock in your brand messaging—the words you’ll use to talk about your business. Foundation works like this:

• You’ll fill out a 30-minute Brand Intake before our first meeting.

• Then we’ll meet for 90 minutes for your Brand Interview and we’ll dive deep into your brand.

• Next, I’ll write your Brand Message content and send it to you to review.

• We’ll meet a second time, this time for 60 minutes, to live-edit and approve your Brand Message content.

Once your messaging is locked in, we can move to your website Buildout. I’ll send you a shared Google folder and you’ll upload all your brand assets, such as your logo, photos, colors, service details, etc.

If you choose the Core Buildout, I will build your website using one of my custom curated templates. Customizing one of my templates for your business cuts down on time and removes the need for revisions, all without compromising on quality.

Once I’m finished with the design, we will meet for about 30 minutes to make any needed edits, and I’ll help you launch your new website.

All this will take place within 5 business days. Expect to invest 4 hours of your time for Foundation and a Core Buildout.

If you choose a Pro Buildout, depending on the size of your project, we will have one or multiple live-edit revision sessions.

Pro Buildout projects are typically 2-3 weeks in length. Expect to invest 6-8 hours of your time for Foundation and a Pro Buildout.

I know investing in a new website is a big decision, and I take that seriously. Your money is hard-earned, so I keep things simple and clear up front.

My fees are flat-rate, not by-the-hour, so you’ll never be surprised by extra charges or worry about padded time. I also don’t negotiate or compete on price.
